Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting diverse student populations as a Bilingual School Psychologist (English/Spanish) in the Dallas area. This school-based role spans the 2026–2027 academic year, offering the chance to make a profound difference from early childhood (ages 3–5) through high school graduates. You’ll be working across multiple campuses in an itinerant format, providing essential psychological services and collaborating with educators and families.
Your primary focus will be conducting comprehensive evaluations, participating in ARD meetings, and maintaining a manageable caseload of nine students monthly. This is a full-time, on-site position, structured at 37.5 hours per week with a clear expectation of dedicated involvement with your assigned schools.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active License Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychologist Credential from the Board of Examiners of Psychologists
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential
- Demonstrated, recent experience supporting students in a school-based setting
- Skilled in completing psychoeducational evaluations across a wide age span (EC-12)
- Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary ARD meetings
- Up-to-date fingerprint clearance through TEA (or willingness to complete this process if not current)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychoeducational assessments for students aged 3–18+
- Support IEP and ARD meetings as a school psychology expert
- Communicate findings and recommendations to parents, staff, and other stakeholders
- Rotate travel between several school sites as assigned
- Maintain thorough, timely records and participate in required district training
