Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active School Psychologist credential required
  • Experience working in a school-based setting, ideally at the elementary level
  • Demonstrated skills in assessment, report writing, and student counseling
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication abilities in both languages
  • Proficient in collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to address student needs
  • Comfortable managing elementary caseloads, conducting evaluations, documenting interventions, and engaging in classroom observations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
  • Develop and support implementation of intervention plans to address academic, social-emotional, or behavioral challenges
  • Facilitate meetings and consultations with staff and parents regarding student progress
  • Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ social-emotional health
  • Participate in eligibility determinations and special education team meetings
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and adhere to all ethical standards
