Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification/license
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous school-based experience with elementary-aged students
• Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
• Ability to interpret and utilize data to guide interventions
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
• Passionate about supporting student social-emotional and academic development

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for elementary students
• Provide direct counseling and interventions to support students’ social and emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Participate in Student Support Team meetings, offering recommendations and strategies
• Support a positive and inclusive school culture through consultation and collaboration
