Grades 9 - 12 K-5 School Psych | Dallas, Texas

Make a difference supporting students across a diverse school community as a School Psychologist. You'll collaborate with K–5 and 9–12 grade students, educators, and families to promote positive educational outcomes. In this contract-based opportunity, your expertise in assessment and counseling will guide teams in fostering healthy learning environments.

What you bring to the table:

• Valid School Psychologist certification and relevant state licensure
• Experience working with both elementary and high school populations (K–5 and 9–12)
• Skilled in conducting assessments, developing intervention strategies, and creating IEP recommendations
• Strong communication abilities to interact with students, teachers, and parents
• Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support and Response to Intervention (RTI)
• Proficient in case management and maintaining accurate, timely documentation

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement appropriate educational plans
• Provide individual and group counseling services to support students' social-emotional well-being
• Participate in meetings, offer consultation to teachers and parents, and serve as a resource to the school community
• Support crisis intervention efforts and contribute to preventive mental health programming
