Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification and state licensure
  • Experience supporting students in grades K-5 and 9-12
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organization abilities
  • Previous experience in school-based environments strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Administer psychological, academic, and behavioral assessments
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and monitor interventions
  • Deliver individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Develop and participate in IEP meetings and 504 planning
  • Promote positive school climates and consult with staff to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
