Key Qualifications:
- Valid and current School Psychologist credential required (educator licensure, no counselors)
- Experience providing psychoeducational evaluations, counseling, and intervention services in a school setting preferred
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team of over 100 professionals
- Dedication to supporting diverse student populations and addressing a full spectrum of learning and behavioral needs
- Excellent communication, organization, and case management skills
- Ability to work onsite (required), with possible consideration for a 4/1 hybrid schedule
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ psychological, academic, and behavioral strengths and challenges
- Develop and implement individual and group interventions, including crisis management when needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families in developing IEPs and support plans
- Provide consultation and resources for educators and staff on behavioral and academic concerns
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, evaluations, and compliance with applicable regulations
