Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity as a School Psychologist serving PreK to 2nd grade students in a supportive educational setting near Danbury, CT. This full-time, on-site position spans 35 hours per week from August 26th through January 1st, providing the chance to make a meaningful difference early in the academic year.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification (070) required
- Experience working with early elementary (PreK-2nd) preferred
- Strong skills in clinical assessment, observation, and intervention
- Ability to develop and implement group and individual counseling
- Familiarity with planning and facilitating PPT and 504 meetings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess the clinical needs of students exhibiting social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
- Conduct relevant assessments and classroom observations
- Provide therapeutic counseling on both an individual and group basis
- Lead and coordinate all PPT (Planning and Placement Team) meetings
- Coordinate and facilitate 504 meetings with students, families, and staff
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies supporting student success
