Step into a contract opportunity supporting high school students as a School Psychologist in the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. In this impactful role, you’ll help foster a positive and supportive environment by delivering essential counseling services and conducting comprehensive student evaluations. Scheduled for 25 or 30 hours each week, this position offers professional fulfillment within a flexible framework ideal for balancing work and personal commitments.

Qualifications & Desired Background:

  • Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist.
  • Background in providing services at the high school level preferred.
  • Experience conducting student evaluations and assessments.
  • Skills in individual and group counseling.
  • Strong communication and collaborative abilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage a caseload in a school setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete approximately 25 student evaluations throughout the academic year.
  • Provide counseling services to address students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
  • Contribute to a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant state guidelines and ethical standards.
