Key Qualifications:

• Connecticut School Psychologist certification required; candidates with pending certification are welcome
• Previous K-8 experience preferred, but not required
• Strong behavioral assessment and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfort with frequent, ongoing student evaluations
• Must be available for in-person work throughout the contract period

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, individualized evaluations, and student observations
• Collaborate with educational teams, families, and outside providers
• Interpret and present assessment data to support individualized education program (IEP) development
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral consultation as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation of all assessments and interventions
