Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid and current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, RTI/MTSS, and 504 plans
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary setting
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Provide direct intervention and counseling to students individually and in groups as needed
- Develop and support implementation of intervention strategies for students identified through assessment
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insightful recommendations and documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success and well-being
- Assist with behavior management plans, crisis intervention, and preventive mental health programming
