Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting student success across a diverse K-12 population! School Psychologists and Psychometrists are needed for the 2026-2027 academic year, with positions based in both public and private school clusters near Daphne, AL. These are strictly on-site roles, offering a rich, collaborative work environment with potential for renewal into extended and following school years based on performance and funding.

You’ll work with students and staff in one or more area schools, including itinerant assignments for the private school cluster. Caseloads and school assignments are to be determined but will offer a mix of academic settings and student needs. Both Early Start Year (ESY) and Next School Year (NSY) extensions are possible.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid, active Alabama school psychology license required
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and report-writing skills
  • Experience or enthusiasm for working in K-12 educational settings
  • Ability to be flexible with itinerant assignments and multiple school environments
  • Present images of licenses during the credentialing process
  • Availability for full-time, onsite work (37.5 hours per week)
  • Willingness to participate in a prescreen or eligibility interview

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and/or psychoeducational assessments
  • Develop, interpret, and communicate evaluation results for educational teams
  • Support eligibility determinations and provide crisis intervention as needed
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
