This on-site assignment in the vicinity of Daphne, AL, seeks experienced School Psychometrists who are passionate about making a measurable difference in the K-12 student population. The contract is set to begin October 1, 2026, and conclude May 26, 2027—with a potential for renewal based on performance for both extended school year (ESY) and the next school year.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree and current professional license as a School Psychometrist (images of licenses required upon application)
- Prior experience in school settings working with K-12 students
- Strong assessment, observation, and communication skills
- Adaptability to itinerant assignments across multiple schools, as testing needs may require
- Solid organizational abilities to manage and prioritize caseloads
- Commitment to onsite engagement—remote or hybrid work is not available
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret standardized psychological assessments for students in grades K–12
- Collaborate closely with faculty, families, and special education teams to analyze student needs
- Deliver clear reports and actionable recommendations to guide student interventions
- Travel between assigned campuses (locations to be determined closer to start date)
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all relevant legal and ethical guidelines
Additional Details:
- Role requires a full 40-hour work week
- Onsite interviews for candidates will be conducted beginning August 26, 2026 (no interviews from August 31–September 4; schedule reopens thereafter)
- Assignment locations and specific schools will be finalized in the lead-up to October
