Step into a rewarding opportunity as a dedicated School Psychologist supporting four elementary schools in the Dearborn, MI area. This onsite, full-time contract position begins as soon as possible and continues through the Extended School Year (ESY). Your expertise will have a meaningful impact by providing psychological services, collaborating with educational teams, and mentoring an intern as part of your daily work.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure for Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Relevant master's or specialist degree in school psychology or an equivalent field
  • Experience working in elementary school settings is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments and interventions
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to mentor, supervise, and support an intern

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver psychological services to diverse learners across four elementary schools (onsite only)
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to support student learning and well-being
  • Consult with educators, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams on student plans and behavioral interventions
  • Guide and support an intern, providing supervision, strategy, and professional growth opportunities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs, 504 Plans, and proactive behavioral supports
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting
