School Psych - Dearborn, Michigan

This on-site, full-time contract opportunity allows you to work closely with a team of professionals supporting four campuses and a special education population of approximately 110-120 students. With the school year kicking off on July 7th, you’ll step into a role where your expertise will help foster healthy learning and emotional environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience or strong interest in working with adolescent and special education populations
• Ability to adapt services across multiple school sites
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and consultation
• Effective communication with students, parents, and staff
• Collaborative spirit and dedication to evidence-based practice

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive psychological assessments, interventions, and counseling services
• Consult with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Provide targeted supports and crisis intervention as needed
• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor progress for students in SPED
• Create and implement strategies that address academic and behavioral challenges
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school climate through education and advocacy
