This on-site, full-time contract opportunity allows you to work closely with a team of professionals supporting four campuses and a special education population of approximately 110-120 students. With the school year kicking off on July 7th, you’ll step into a role where your expertise will help foster healthy learning and emotional environments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience or strong interest in working with adolescent and special education populations
- Ability to adapt services across multiple school sites
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and consultation
- Effective communication with students, parents, and staff
- Collaborative spirit and dedication to evidence-based practice
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological assessments, interventions, and counseling services
- Consult with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Provide targeted supports and crisis intervention as needed
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor progress for students in SPED
- Create and implement strategies that address academic and behavioral challenges
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school climate through education and advocacy
