Make a positive difference in the lives of students by providing comprehensive psychological services in a collaborative and supportive educational environment. This contract opportunity is for two School Psychologists who will serve the needs of K-12 students for the 2026–2027 school year. You’ll partner with educators and families to assess student needs, create impactful intervention plans, and help cultivate a mentally healthy school atmosphere.

In this role, you’ll be encouraged to offer much more than testing support—actively engage in a variety of services that strengthen the social, emotional, and academic well-being of students across one to two school buildings.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Michigan School Psychologist Certification or willingness to obtain Michigan licensure promptly upon offer (candidates from out of state welcome)
  • Experience in a school setting preferred
  • Proficiency in student assessment, intervention strategies, and collaborative problem-solving
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes
  • Consult with families and provide guidance on challenges affecting academic performance and mental health
  • Contribute expertise beyond testing, supporting wider building initiatives and student well-being

Additional Details:

  • Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week
  • Assignment spans August 25, 2026 – June 11, 2027
  • Onsite presence required—become an integral part of the school community
  • Caseload shared among a dedicated team of professionals, across 1-2 paired school buildings
