Qualifications:
• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Familiarity with best practices for student assessment, intervention, and counseling
• Experience conducting educational and psychological evaluations
• Ability to analyze data and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students and interpret test results
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and behavioral plans
• Provide direct counseling and support to students individually and in groups
• Participate in crisis intervention and prevention services
• Advocate for students’ well-being and educational access
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all federal, state, and district guidelines
