Step into a dynamic educational setting supporting students from kindergarten through age 26 as a School Psychologist. This full-time, contract role spans district services, allowing you to work collaboratively across a diverse student population and make a lasting, positive impact. You’ll serve a pivotal role in fostering academic achievement, social-emotional well-being, and positive learning environments, with a preference for on-site support (exceptional virtual candidates will also be considered).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Michigan School Psychologist certification (please include a screenshot with your application)
  • Experience working across K-26 educational settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
  • Comfort with both in-person and (if necessary) virtual service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments
  • Identify and support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student success
  • Provide crisis intervention and contribute to proactive, positive behavioral supports
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines
