Desired Qualifications:

  • Michigan School Psychologist Certification required; open to candidates willing to obtain Michigan licensure before starting
  • Experience within a school setting is highly valued
  • Demonstrated strengths in assessment and intervention techniques
  • Clear, effective communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct student assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans
  • Work across 1–2 school buildings, partnering with a team of psychologists and educational professionals
  • Promote mental health awareness school-wide and individually with students and families
  • Move beyond testing—supporting psychological, behavioral, and emotional needs in the school community
  • Maintain thorough documentation and contribute expertise at team meetings
