Key Qualifications:

• State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Previous experience in conducting psychological and educational assessments in a school setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of special education processes and compliance
• Comfortable traveling between nearby school sites as assigned

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive student evaluations and re-evaluations, including cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral assessments
• Interpret assessment results to assist with eligibility determination and educational planning
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams to develop strategies, write reports, and attend meetings
• Consult with staff regarding academic and behavioral interventions, 504 plans, and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
