Qualifications & Experience:

• Active certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (state requirements must be met)
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field required
• Demonstrated experience conducting student assessments (academic, behavioral, and emotional)
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for team-based collaboration
• Knowledge of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred, though motivated candidates eager to work with diverse student populations are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct formal assessments (cognitive, academic, and social-emotional) and interpret results for intervention planning
• Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to educational and behavioral recommendations
• Deliver direct and indirect counseling services to students
• Consult with teachers, school leaders, and families to develop, implement, and monitor behavioral and academic interventions
• Promote student advocacy and whole-child approaches within the school setting
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state policies
