A contract opportunity is available for a dedicated professional to provide school psychologist services in a vibrant educational setting. This full-time position runs from August 10, 2026, through May 14, 2027, maintaining consistent daytime hours from 7:30AM to 3:00PM.

Essential qualifications:

  • Active School Psychologist licensure for Illinois
  • Previous experience working with high school students preferred
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, parents, and caregivers
  • Must be available to work onsite throughout the assignment

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
  • Collaborating with faculty and families to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Supporting high school students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being
  • Participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings and providing recommendations
  • Delivering group and individual counseling sessions as needed
  • Assisting in implementing school-wide programs to promote positive behavior and safe learning environments
  • Maintaining thorough and confidential documentation
