Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid California School Psychologist License (required)
• Recent experience working in school settings, with a preference for elementary caseloads
• Familiarity with psycho-educational evaluations, behavioral interventions, and counseling techniques for children
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, administration, and families
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Passion for advocating for student needs and promoting equity and inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
• Develop intervention strategies and recommend accommodations to support student success and well-being
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and review IEPs and 504 plans
• Provide individual and group counseling for students as needed
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to build positive learning environments and effective behavior management plans
• Participate in student study teams and contribute to school-wide support systems
