Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold an active Maryland School Psychologist license (required)
- Previous experience in educational environments preferred
- Expertise in administering assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering counseling services
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proven ability to support students from varied backgrounds
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a K-12 caseload, providing direct psychological services to students
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and collaborate on multi-disciplinary assessment teams
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to devise strategies supporting student growth and well-being
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver crisis intervention and short-term counseling as needed
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture through expertise and advocacy
