Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold an active Maryland School Psychologist license (required)
  • Previous experience in educational environments preferred
  • Expertise in administering assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering counseling services
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to support students from varied backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a K-12 caseload, providing direct psychological services to students
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and collaborate on multi-disciplinary assessment teams
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to devise strategies supporting student growth and well-being
  • Participate actively in the development and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver crisis intervention and short-term counseling as needed
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture through expertise and advocacy
