Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field required
• Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting educational, behavioral, and psychological assessments in school environments
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong understanding of positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ needs, eligibility for special education, and appropriate interventions
• Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ emotional and behavioral wellbeing
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor educational plans
• Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and other data-driven decision-making processes
• Support crisis intervention, behavioral management, and preventative mental health initiatives within the school community
• Maintain accurate records and detailed documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines
