Licensed High School School Psychologist - Denver, Colorado

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Valid and current School Psychologist certification and license.
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students.
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, assessments, and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families.
• Experience developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify learning or behavioral needs.
• Work closely with teachers and staff to design interventions and accommodations for students.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide recommendations for services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
• Engage with families to provide resources, support, and ongoing communication about student progress.
• Assist in creating school-wide programs to foster healthy social-emotional development.
