Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as a school psychologist
  • Certification appropriate for school-based psychological services
  • Experience providing assessments, interventions, and consultations for elementary, middle, and/or high school students
  • Strong familiarity with diverse student populations
  • Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs and 504 plans
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
  • Interpret testing results to guide educational planning
  • Develop recommendations for targeted interventions and accommodations
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ learning and emotional well-being
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Provide crisis intervention and ongoing counseling services as needed
  • Maintain meticulous, up-to-date documentation in accordance with district standards
  • Advocate for best practices in behavioral and academic support
