Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Experience with psycho-educational assessments, counseling, and intervention services
- Solid understanding of IEP development and participation in multidisciplinary team processes
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and educational staff
- Ability to manage caseloads, document services, and maintain confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and assessments
- Develop intervention strategies to address learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and guardians to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to student plans
- Provide individual and group counseling as needed
