Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology required
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience performing assessments, interpreting data, and writing reports
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes, RTI/MTSS frameworks, and crisis intervention
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement intervention strategies for academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, supporting eligibility determinations and goal setting
- Deliver crisis response services and collaborate on prevention programs
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation as required by school policies
