Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification meeting Illinois state requirements for School Psychologists
  • Experience or strong interest in supporting elementary-age students (K-6)
  • Ability to work full-time, 35-37 hours per week
  • Skilled in collaboration with educators, families, and support staff
  • Strong communication, assessment, and intervention planning abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a resource for teachers and families, providing consultation and actionable recommendations
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and psycho-educational assessments
  • Interpret testing data to help develop individualized educational plans
  • Support students’ emotional and behavioral wellbeing through targeted interventions
  • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Document and report progress and findings in accordance with state and district guidelines
