Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist credential/certification, or eligibility for licensure
  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Experience working within school settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, behavior management, and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and psychoeducational assessments for students (PreK-12) to identify strengths and areas of need
  • Participate as an active member of multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to create supportive learning environments and evidence-based interventions
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district, federal, and state requirements
  • Deliver counseling services and social-emotional learning initiatives to promote student success
