Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Active state certification or eligibility as a school psychologist
• Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes in diverse school settings
• Proficiency in using data-driven methods to inform interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Interpret testing data and collaborate with educational teams to develop individualized recommendations and support plans
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to address students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing professional insight for student eligibility and instructional planning
• Deliver direct counseling and intervention services to students as needed
