Based near Detroit, MI, you’ll provide essential re-evaluation services as part of a two-person team, ensuring students across the county receive the support and assessments they need to thrive.

This contract position offers approximately 20 hours each week with flexible scheduling options. Choose to work half-days Monday through Friday or consolidate your hours into 2.5 days per week—the choice is yours, making this role ideal for those seeking work-life balance.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current School Psychologist credentials recognized by the state of Michigan
• Previous experience working with students who have significant needs (MoCI, SCI, SXI) preferred
• Proficiency in conducting thorough psychoeducational re-evaluations
• Ability to collaborate professionally with another School Psychologist and a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with students ranging in age from preschool through young adulthood (3–26 years) considered an asset

Position Responsibilities:

• Carry out comprehensive re-evaluations for students as required by the center program
• Work collaboratively within a team of School Psychologists to share insights and case responsibilities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Communicate evaluation results and recommendations clearly to families and educational staff
• Contribute to a positive, supportive environment for students, families, and colleagues
