Key Qualifications:

• State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience conducting evaluations, ideally at the elementary level
• Strong skills in behavioral observations, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
• Familiarity with the IEP process and experience serving on multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
• Team-oriented mindset and a passion for supporting student success

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer psychoeducational evaluations at all grade levels, primarily elementary
• Collaborate closely with two other school psychologists to coordinate assessment tasks and caseloads
• Conduct classroom observations and develop recommendations for interventions and supports
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and student study teams, providing expertise in assessment data and student needs
• Consult with teachers and staff to create effective strategies for student growth
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive school climate
