Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist (in Michigan)
• Experience providing counseling, assessments, and interventions in a K-12 educational setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to administer and interpret academic and psychological assessments
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice in a school context

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations for K-12 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and intervention services for students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and well-being
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute data-driven recommendations
