Make a meaningful impact on student success in a dynamic school setting! This contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled School Psychologist seeking a part-time schedule of 2-3 days per week. You’ll work closely with educators and support students in grades PreK through 12, providing expertise and compassionate care across a diverse caseload.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Michigan School Psychologist Certification required
  • Experience working in a school environment (PreK-12 preferred)
  • Expertise in conducting psychological and educational evaluations
  • Knowledge of MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports)
  • Strong collaboration skills for partnering with teachers and staff
  • Ability to offer behavioral interventions and support
  • Background in providing mental health counseling to youth is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers to develop effective interventions
  • Support and participate in the MTSS process to enhance student outcomes
  • Deliver targeted behavior support strategies for individual students
  • Provide mental health counseling as needed, fostering student emotional well-being
  • Contribute to team meetings and help create positive, inclusive learning environments
  • Document services and communicate progress to stakeholders as appropriate
