Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students
• Strong understanding of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to provide culturally responsive support to students and families
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students in grades K-12
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement IEPs and intervention plans
• Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs through counseling, consultation, and evidence-based strategies
• Contribute to MTSS/RTI processes and provide staff training as needed
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education
• Serve as an advocate for student well-being, diversity, and inclusion within the school community
