Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification (State of Michigan or eligible to obtain)
- Experience or interest in working with high school age students
- Knowledge of assessments, IEP process, and special education law
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
Responsibilities:
- Serve students across four high school campuses within the specified SPED population (110-120)
- Conduct assessments, participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
- Provide direct and indirect support to students, staff, and families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
