Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Previous experience with K-12 student populations preferred
  • Strong understanding of assessment tools and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to different school environments and diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop and implement individualized education and behavioral support plans
  • Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute insights to student support teams
  • Assist staff in crisis response, preventative interventions, and consultative services
  • Maintain detailed records and report findings in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Travel between three educational sites to deliver consistent, high-quality support
