Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid certification as a School Psychologist
  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments, developing IEPs, and providing counseling services within a school environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to support diverse learners and collaborate effectively with educators and families
  • Familiarity with state and federal regulations in special education

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to create strategies for student success
  • Develop and help implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making
  • Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all applicable regulations
