What you bring:

• Valid School Psychologist certification in Delaware (or eligibility for certification)
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience conducting psychological and educational assessments in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of Response to Intervention (RTI), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
• Exceptional communication, consultation, and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with crisis intervention and counseling students preferred
• Comfortable with hybrid work—effective independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities include:

• Administer psychological evaluations and interpret results to guide student support plans
• Collaborate with teachers, intervention teams, and families to design interventions and monitor progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert recommendations for accommodations and services
• Lead and participate in crisis response and prevention efforts as needed
• Deliver direct support to students through counseling, skill-building, and guidance sessions
• Maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring compliance with all district, state, and federal policies
