Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or eligibility for School Psychologist licensure
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Strong background in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Proficient in delivering consultation services to teachers and parents
• Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Experience working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments to support student learning
• Interpret test data and share findings with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students as needed
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop strategies for student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of effective, student-centered plans
• Support the implementation of behavioral interventions and crisis management protocols
• Serve as a resource for school staff on mental health and learning issues
