Key Requirements:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or equivalent
• Current state licensure or eligibility for Delaware School Psychologist credential
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates welcomed!
• Strong assessment, consultation, and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of a broad range of student needs, PK-12

Key Duties:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
• Participate in IEP and ESR meetings
• Provide expert consultation to teachers and parents
• Address students’ social-emotional and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with school teams to develop appropriate educational supports
• Work onsite preferred; open to hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
