Key Requirements:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or equivalent
- Current state licensure or eligibility for Delaware School Psychologist credential
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates welcomed!
- Strong assessment, consultation, and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of a broad range of student needs, PK-12
Key Duties:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
- Participate in IEP and ESR meetings
- Provide expert consultation to teachers and parents
- Address students’ social-emotional and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with school teams to develop appropriate educational supports
- Work onsite preferred; open to hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
