This full-time contract position runs through the remainder of the academic year and offers the opportunity to guide and support a manageable caseload of approximately 30 students. Your expertise will play a pivotal role as you collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and a multidisciplinary team to help students achieve their fullest potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with elementary and/or middle school-age children
- Strong background in conducting evaluations and re-evaluations
- Familiarity with ETR and IEP processes
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret findings
- Lead as the primary facilitator in Evaluation Team Report (ETR) meetings
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop strategies to support academic and behavioral needs
- Provide consultative services for staff and families
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all services and reports
