Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Valid School Psychologist certification (state requirements must be met)
- Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
- Experience with K-12 students preferred, or a strong desire to work across elementary, middle, and high school environments
- Skills in assessment, counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to culturally responsive and ethical practice
- Ability to maintain professionalism and adaptability in dynamic school settings
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to inform educational interventions
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop student support plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and consultations for special education
- Deliver counseling and intervention services to individuals and groups
- Support positive behavioral strategies and academic growth
- Contribute to crisis prevention and response initiatives
- Maintain thorough documentation and assist with data-driven decision making
