Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certified or licensed as a School Psychologist (state requirements must be met)
  • Experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to interpret data and develop effective support plans
  • Committed to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to changing needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Support students’ behavioral, academic, and social-emotional needs
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to create positive interventions and strategies
  • Provide crisis support and short-term counseling as needed
  • Assist in implementing evidence-based programs and preventive services
  • Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with district and legal guidelines
