School Psychologist - East Falmouth, Massachusetts

Your primary focus will be on conducting Special Education (Sped) evaluations and gathering essential student information to ensure the best possible educational outcomes. This dynamic position plays a crucial part in assessing student needs, developing recommendations, and helping shape individualized education plans alongside dedicated educators and support staff.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Previous experience conducting Sped evaluations, ideally at the secondary level
• Strong skills in assessment, data interpretation, and individualized recommendations
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to establish rapport with students, educators, and families
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students in grades 7–12
• Gather data through observations, interviews, and standardized testing
• Partner with teachers, counselors, and special education teams to interpret findings
• Contribute insights and recommendations during IEP meetings
• Collaborate on strategies that support student learning, social-emotional development, and mental health
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
