Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification (or eligibility) required
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
  • Previous experience working with high school populations preferred
  • Familiarity with administering psychoeducational assessments and writing comprehensive reports
  • Strong understanding of IEP process, 504 planning, and data-driven interventions
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team in a school setting

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cognitive, academic, and social-emotional evaluations for students
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, IEP meetings, and consult with teachers and parents
  • Support students using evidence-based interventions to address learning and behavioral needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans
  • Provide crisis intervention and ongoing counseling as needed
  • Collaborate in the development of a positive and inclusive school climate
