What you’ll bring:

• Active certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Michigan
• Previous experience in school settings or providing psychological services to children and adolescents
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, interpreting results, and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of current best practices in intervention strategies, data collection, and progress monitoring

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral assessments for students across grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and 504 accommodation plans
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to create supportive interventions
• Deliver counseling and consultation services to students and families as needed
• Provide crisis intervention, support for behavioral concerns, and consultation for classroom management
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-based problem-solving
