Desired Experience and Skills:

• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Completion of accredited school psychology program
• State licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting educational and psychological assessments
• Strong knowledge of special education processes, interventions, and legal mandates
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Previous school-based experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for students referred for academic or behavioral concerns
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, providing expert input regarding special education eligibility and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to create and implement interventions that promote student well-being, learning, and positive behavior
• Deliver direct and indirect psychological services to students, including counseling and crisis intervention
• Maintain thorough records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
