Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Appropriate state licensure/certification for school psychology
• Experience supporting students in grades K-12 preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and district personnel
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students referred for academic, emotional, or behavioral concerns
• Work collaboratively to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention for students
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding effective strategies and interventions
• Support the creation of safe, inclusive learning environments for all students
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making
