Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments for students in grades K-12
- Familiarity with MTSS/RTI, IEP development, and special education compliance
- Excellent communication and consultation skills with students, families, and staff
- Commitment to multicultural mindfulness and diversity in school communities
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer assessments to identify students’ learning, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Interpret evaluation results and provide targeted recommendations for intervention
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs and 504 plans
- Deliver group and individual counseling, crisis intervention, and social-emotional learning support
- Serve as a resource for teachers and parents, offering strategies and tools that foster student success
- Maintain accurate documentation while upholding confidentiality and compliance
