Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments for students in grades K-12
  • Familiarity with MTSS/RTI, IEP development, and special education compliance
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills with students, families, and staff
  • Commitment to multicultural mindfulness and diversity in school communities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer assessments to identify students’ learning, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Interpret evaluation results and provide targeted recommendations for intervention
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs and 504 plans
  • Deliver group and individual counseling, crisis intervention, and social-emotional learning support
  • Serve as a resource for teachers and parents, offering strategies and tools that foster student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation while upholding confidentiality and compliance
