You’ll enjoy a dynamic schedule, engaging directly onsite (with the flexibility for a hybrid arrangement if needed) and collaborating deeply on impactful student-focused initiatives.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Maryland School Psychologist License (required)
  • Previous experience in school psychology or related roles
  • Strong background in conducting cognitive assessments, executive function evaluations, and behavior intervention planning
  • Confident working with IEPs, MTSS, and 504 plan eligibility and consultation
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and interpret cognitive, behavioral, and executive function assessments
  • Assist with IEP development as a vital team member, advocating for individualized support plans
  • Facilitate the creation and monitoring of Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Offer consultation to staff and families regarding 504 plans and student eligibility
  • Play an integral part in the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) process to drive positive outcomes
  • Support two elementary school locations, cultivating trusted relationships with students, educators, and families
