Make a meaningful impact supporting K-12 students as a School Psychologist in a contract role for the 2026-2027 academic year. This is an onsite position near Easton, MD, offering a collaborative, supportive environment and a consistent weekly schedule.
Qualifications:
- Active Maryland School Psychologist license required
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
- Experience with diverse K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling abilities
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations for students, interpreting results and preparing clear reports
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement and behavioral success
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide relevant counseling or direct services as needed
- Participate in crisis intervention and response, supporting overall school wellness initiatives
- Guide data-driven interventions and help implement best educational practices
- Maintain accurate records and stay compliant with state policies and federal regulations
