Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience in school-based psychological services preferred
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize student needs
- Proficient in evaluation tools and MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports)
- Strong skills in consultation, collaboration, and communication
- Dedication to student well-being and team-based interventions
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and risk assessments
- Collaborate with educational teams and participate in MTSS meetings for effective support strategies
- Provide ongoing consultation regarding interventions, behavioral plans, and academic achievement
- Develop and maintain thorough documentation in alignment with school and district protocols
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and faculty to create a supportive learning environment
This role operates within standard school hours from 8:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., totaling 37.5 hours weekly. While it is a full-time, on-site instructional position, there is openness to hybrid scheduling to accommodate work-life balance.
