Step into a rewarding contract position as a School Psychologist supporting students in a dynamic elementary school environment for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, on-site opportunity offers flexibility and professional engagement, serving an estimated 650 students. Your expertise will be focused within a K-5 elementary setting, with particular responsibility for a K-2 caseload in a shared elementary arrangement.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience in school-based psychological services preferred
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize student needs
  • Proficient in evaluation tools and MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports)
  • Strong skills in consultation, collaboration, and communication
  • Dedication to student well-being and team-based interventions

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with educational teams and participate in MTSS meetings for effective support strategies
  • Provide ongoing consultation regarding interventions, behavioral plans, and academic achievement
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation in alignment with school and district protocols
  • Foster positive relationships with students, families, and faculty to create a supportive learning environment

This role operates within standard school hours from 8:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., totaling 37.5 hours weekly. While it is a full-time, on-site instructional position, there is openness to hybrid scheduling to accommodate work-life balance.
