School Psychologist - Easton, Pennsylvania

Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a contract school psychologist in a welcoming educational environment. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering academic success and emotional well-being among children and adolescents, working collaboratively with teachers, families, and school staff.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans when needed
• Offer counseling and direct support services to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to promote positive outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with applicable regulations
• Support crisis intervention efforts and promote a positive, inclusive school climate

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Current state licensure or certification as a school psychologist (or ability to obtain)
• Experience providing psychological services in a school or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with students, staff, and parents
• Familiarity with developing IEPs and working with special education processes
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a flexible caseload
• Commitment to student-centered, culturally responsive practices
