What We’re Looking For:
- Current School Psychologist certification or eligibility in Pennsylvania
- Master’s, Ed.S., or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
- Skilled in developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, processes, and best practices
- Excellent communication, consultation, and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
- Passion for supporting diverse student needs within a school setting
What You’ll Do:
- Assess students through standardized tests, observations, and interviews to determine learning and behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to recommend interventions and support strategies
- Develop and participate in implementing IEPs, as well as monitor ongoing progress
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention for students as needed
- Consult with school teams on behavioral plans and positive learning environments
- Engage in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive and individualized support for each student
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to district and state guidelines
