School Psychologist | Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Make a difference by delivering essential psychological support and expertise to K–12 students in a supportive school environment near Eden Prairie, MN. This contract opportunity seeks dedicated professionals eager to provide direct and consultative school psychology services that foster student well-being and promote equitable learning outcomes. Typical hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and flexibility is available with both full-time and part-time in-person—and some hybrid—schedules considered.

Essential Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
• Valid Minnesota school psychologist license issued by PELSB
• Ability to serve K–12 student populations
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, cultural responsiveness, and inclusive practices
• Skill in evidence-based assessment, intervention, and mental health supports

Preferred Experience:

• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility
• Consultation, problem-solving, and support within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)
• Leadership and facilitation strengths with adult learning groups
• Knowledge of crisis prevention, intervention, postvention, and related mental health protocols
• Effective communication, collaboration, and relationship-building across diverse school communities
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state special education regulations and compliance needs
• Previous experience supporting students in urban and multicultural educational environments
