This contract opportunity seeks dedicated professionals eager to provide direct and consultative school psychology services that foster student well-being and promote equitable learning outcomes. Typical hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and flexibility is available with both full-time and part-time in-person—and some hybrid—schedules considered.
Essential Qualifications:
- Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
- Valid Minnesota school psychologist license issued by PELSB
- Ability to serve K–12 student populations
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, cultural responsiveness, and inclusive practices
- Skill in evidence-based assessment, intervention, and mental health supports
Preferred Experience:
- National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility
- Consultation, problem-solving, and support within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)
- Leadership and facilitation strengths with adult learning groups
- Knowledge of crisis prevention, intervention, postvention, and related mental health protocols
- Effective communication, collaboration, and relationship-building across diverse school communities
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state special education regulations and compliance needs
- Previous experience supporting students in urban and multicultural educational environments
